An Open Flame Ban shall go into effect whenever a Red Flag Warning is posted by the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and will remain in effect until the Red Flag Warning is lifted by NOAA. In the event of a Red Flag Warning, refunds will not be given. Please be advised that effective January 1, 2009, the fees charged for use of park and recreation facilities will be adjusted. The revised fees may be viewed on the Parks and Recreation Department’s web-page at http://www.sdparks.org. Any reservation made by December 31 will be charged the existing rate.
