OVERNIGHT USE: All camping fees are collected in advance. Reservations for individual (1-5 campsites) and multiple (over 10 campsites) campsites may be made from 1 year to 1 day in advance. A nonrefundable $5 fee is charged per individual campsite reservation and a nonrefundable $5 fee is charged for multiple campsites reservations. All fees will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the check-in date. Reservations cancelled with less than 90 days but more than 30 days prior to check in date will be refunded less the first nights fee, reservation fee and a $5 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to check in date will be refunded less $5 reservation fee and a $5 cancellation fee. A $5 transfer or reschedule fee is charged for one reservation rescheduled within a three-month period of the prior reservation. Transfer must be made at least 1 business day in advance before check-in time. Reserved sites will be held until 1:00 P.M. on the day after the scheduled arrival date. Overnight camping is contingent upon maintaining the camping area in a safe and clean condition and complying with all park rules. Campsite check out is 1 P.M. and campsite check in is 2 pm. It is requested that campers check in with Ranger staff prior to setting up if possible.
DAY USE: Reservations for group picnic areas may be made 1 year in advance. No reservations on Christmas day. Maximum number of persons allowed, fees, facilities available vary by area and park. All fees are collected in advance. All fees will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the picnic date. One change of reservation is allowed within one year of the original reservation date. Additional fees for parking, per vehicle, per entry will be collected at the park. There is a $5 fee to change a reservation and a $30 fee to cancel a reservation more than 30 days before the picnic date. Parks open at 9:30am and close at sunset.
All refunds will be credited directly back to specific bankcard used to pay for reservation. If paid by cash or check a check refund will be issued within 30-35 days after request for refund.
AGREEMENT AND REGULATIONS

OVERNIGHT CAMPING CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a $5 charge per site to cancel or change your reservation. All fees will be forfeited if reservation is cancelled or changed less than 30 days before the check-in date. Reservations cancelled with less than 90 days but more than 30 days prior to check in date will be refunded less the first nights fee, reservation fee and a $5 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to check in date will be refunded less $5 reservation fee and a $5 cancellation fee. All refunds will be credited directly back to specific bank or credit card used to pay for reservation. If paid by cash or check, a check refund will be processed and mailed within 2-4 weeks from cancellation request date. Reserved sites will be held until 1:00 pm on the day after the scheduled arrival date. The site will then be available for camping on a first come, first served basis until the next scheduled reservation for that site. GENERAL REGULATIONS

PARK REGULATIONS

1.0 Fire Hazards: Sec. 41.118- No person shall ignite or permit to be ignited, a fire in any location in a County park except in a campfire or cooking area provided by the County or as specifically authorized by the Park Ranger.

2.0 Pets: Sec 41.123- (a) Pets are permitted in County parks during the hours that such parks are open to the public. (b) No person shall bring a pet into or possess a pet in any County park without first having obtained any required inoculation or valid license for such a pet. (c) All pets in county parks shall be closely attended and physically restrained at all times, either by being attached to a substantial leash no more than six feet in length or by being confined in a vehicle, tent, trailer or other approved structure. (d) No person shall permit a pet to enter or remain upon or possess a pet upon any trail extending beyond the limits of campgrounds or picnic areas of a County park. (i) The Director may further regulate pets in, or may exclude pets from any County park or section of a County park where it is found that the presence of pets substantially conflicts with the general use and enjoyment of such parks, excepting a dog accompanying an unsighted or deaf person there present. Pets are prohibited on all County trails outside camp and picnic areas. Pets are not allowed in Cabins.

3.0 Plants: Sec. 41.111- No person shall pick, dig up, cut , mutilate, destroy, injure, disturb, move, molest, burn or carry away any plant or vegetation, or portion thereof, including aquatic plants.

4.0 Defacement Prohibited: Sec. 41.115- No person shall in any way deface or mutilate any tree, fence, wall, building, railing, playground or playground equipment, camp or picnic structure, monument or any other object or structure within a County park.

5.0 Peace and Quiet: Sec 41.135- No person shall disturb the peace and quiet of a County park by any loud or unusual noise, or by the sounding of automobile horns or noise-making devices, or by the use of profane, obscene or abusive language or gestures.

6.0 Sanitation: Sec. 41.149- The Park Ranger shall control the size, type and arrangement of trailers and other private camping equipment and facilities permitted in the area in order to maintain the sanitation and orderly appearance of County park camping areas. Disposal of waste water shall be at locations designated for the dumping of waste water.

7.0 Weapons and Fireworks: Sec. 41.118- No person shall use, transport, carry, fire, or discharge any fireworks, firearm, weapon, air gun, archery device, slingshot, or explosive of any kind across, in or into a County park.

8.0 Youth Camping: Sec. 41.141- No person or persons under the age of 18 years shall be issued and overnight camping permit unless accompanied by an adult. Said adult shall have either parental right or written authorization to approve medical treatment for those under the age of 18 years.

9.0 Alcoholic Beverages: Sec. 41.136- No person shall transport into a County park, or consume upon the premises of a County park, any intoxicating liquors having and alcoholic content in excess of 20% by volume.

10.0 Overnight camping in County parks is contingent upon maintaining the immediate camping area in a safe and clean condition and complying with all park rules. Failure to comply with the above regulations will result in a suspension of camping privileges and a loss of all fees paid.
